Your Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify potential risks to the companys objectives and operations.
- Assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Develop risk management strategies and recommend actions to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to implement risk management practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in risk management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of financial markets, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to convey risk findings and recommendations effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualification & Experience Required Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 0 to 5 years of experience in risk analysis or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Relevant certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) preferred but not required. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
