As a Compliance Test Engineer at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software products comply with relevant regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal policies. Your role will involve developing and executing compliance test plans, identifying gaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet all necessary compliance requirements.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop, document, and execute compliance test plans and test cases to ensure software products meet regulatory and industry standards.
Conduct thorough compliance testing to verify adherence to regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other relevant standards.
Identify, document, and track compliance issues, collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution and verification.
Work closely with regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal teams to stay updated on compliance requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
Analyze test results, generate detailed compliance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously improve compliance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices in compliance testing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong understanding of compliance testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with compliance standards and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.
Familiarity with compliance testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.
Ability to produce clear and concise compliance documentation and reports.
Qualification & Experience Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 0 to 5 years of experience in compliance testing and quality assurance.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing compliance test plans and test cases.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or similar would be advantageous.
