Job Description

Job Summary

As a System Test Engineer at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for testing the integrated software and hardware systems to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function as expected. You will develop and execute test plans, identify and troubleshoot issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality system solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive system test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
Perform system-level testing, including functional, integration, performance, and stress testing, to validate system behavior and performance.
Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide feedback on system quality and readiness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to ensure thorough testing coverage and effective issue resolution.
Continuously improve system testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system testing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong understanding of system testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with system-level testing, including functional, integration, performance, and stress testing.
Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, Git, or Bamboo.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of o to 5 years of experience in system testing and quality assurance.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing system-level test plans and test cases.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Level Certification in Software Testing would be advantageous.
