Email Marketing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to upsell, cross-sell courses
• Creating cohorts for email campaign targeting
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
• Manage email nurture campaigns
• Monitor and optimize un-subscriptions
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Work closely with design and content teams for email templates
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing
• Proven work experience as an Email marketing specialist
• Hands on experience with HTML
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
