Data Science Teaching Assistant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analysing and correcting issues with practice assets
• Analysing question bank contents, creating new questions after due research
• Creating example applications/exercises which can be incorporated into courses
• Creating training content on various topics
• Writing blog articles (which can be proof-read by our internal team)
• Keep track of queries by DS students using forums/support channels and respond or coordinate with SMEs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (3.7+) with knowledge and experience of core language, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, and working with different configuration files (JSON and MS Excel)
• Machine Learning Basics including Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Tree pruning classification, ID3 knowledge, KNN, bias variance, and SVM
• Basic MS Excel and Statistics
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Good command over English.
• Natural Language Processing (preferred)
• Knowledge of Deep Learning topics like keras, PyTorch, and tensorflow (preferred)
• SQL basics (preferred)
