Instructional Designer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Work with subject matter experts to obtain relevant learning materials
• Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Create visual storyboards with easy-to-understand audio narration
• Review peer IDs storyboards and share feedback
• Take responsibilities to maintain consistency and quality throughout and across the projects
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
• Maintain and organize the project files in the repository.

Required Certification/s:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing
• Graduate/Post Graduate preferable with Background in Learning Domain
• MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences is desirable
• Should have a high-level hands-on experience on Learning Management System
• Proven technical writing and editing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models and best practice
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively influencing and working with both business and technical audiences.
