Job Description
As an SAP Logistics Consultant at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP logistics solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their logistics and supply chain requirements, configure SAP modules to meet these needs, and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient logistics operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP logistics modules and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their logistics and supply chain requirements.
- Configure SAP logistics modules (such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP LE, and SAP WM) to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure a smooth implementation process.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP logistics solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in the integration of SAP logistics modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP logistics modules and best practices.
- Work closely with project managers and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP logistics modules, including SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP LE (Logistics Execution), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes and best practices.
- Experience with SAP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Proficiency in SAP integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Logistics Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- SAP certification in one or more logistics modules is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
