We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packing & Operation Executive to oversee the packaging process and ensure smooth operations within our facility. The role involves managing packaging activities, coordinating with different departments, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing Operations:
- Oversee the packaging process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and inspect packaging materials for quality and usability.
- Monitor and maintain packaging machines and tools, coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
- Implement quality control checks to ensure products are packaged correctly and meet compliance standards.
Operations Management:
- Manage inventory levels for packaging materials and reorder supplies when needed.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align packing schedules with delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for packaging and dispatch activities.
- Optimize packing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Team Coordination:
- Supervise and train packing staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Allocate tasks among team members and monitor performance to meet targets.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and handling products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of packaging machines and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
