Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Retail Promoter to join our team. The Retail Promoter will be responsible for promoting our products to customers, enhancing product awareness, and driving sales within the retail environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Actively engage with customers to promote products, provide detailed information, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by encouraging customers to make purchases and upselling where appropriate.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Assist in setting up displays and maintaining a clean and organized promotional area.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate product availability.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
