Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Driving performance metrics of the logistics partner on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Designing mechanism for predicting critical and challenging pin code in last mile and taking.
• Experience working with courier partners and penalizing on the breaches of agreed performance metrics.
• Regular meeting with development and product team for automation of processes and optimization of platform.
• Courier performance management on basis of mentioned parameters.
• Monitoring and controlling TAT delivery performance of logistics partners.
• NDR management and performance mapping.
• Comparative First attempt strike rate of logistics partners.
• Driving on E2E performance metrics for last mile operations pan India.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters or Bachelors degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
• Min 1-3 years relevant experience in logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Zeal to work in a challenging environment and take responsibilities.
• Knowledge of B2C industry is an add-on.
