Job Description
B Title: Team Leader
Location: Delivery Hub
Reports to: Hub In-Charge
Locations : Andhra Pradesh ( Kadapa, Rayachoti,Ananthapur )
Job Purpose: Lead a team of delivery executives to ensure high-quality shipment deliveries/pickups as per operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shipment sorting and allocation.
- Ensure team adherence to operational procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and manage ERP transactions.
- Support team motivation, training, and performance.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure hub compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate, Masters preferred.
- Two-wheeler driving ability.
- Local area knowledge and ERP proficiency.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and team management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in logistics or related industry
