He/She will be part of the Regional HR Leadership team and work with the EKART HR Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the City Logistics Organization.
Manage relations with internal customers partnering with them in building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements. Be the leader with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employees.
The Cluster HR role will provide comprehensive HR support in day-to-day activities to the assigned span of Maharashtra & Goa Cluster; as well as supporting the Zonal HR lead with strategic interventions and projects to drive the HR agenda in the cluster.
The HRBP will collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the Regional, Cluster as well as Zonal office to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the cluster. The role will serve as a part of the succession pipeline for the Cluster HR Lead positions across Non Large FLM.
