WheelsEye - HR Business Partner (2-4 yrs)

Must have:

Edu : Tier1/2 MBA college (MBA is a must)

Preferred:

Experience in start-up culture

HR Business Partnering:-

The incumbent will partner to play a key role in HR Business Partnering & Talent Management.

- Support in driving the initiative of organizational development initiatives like Performance Management, 360-degree feedback, IJPs , internal movements.

- Support in driving the Culture building exercise at KIA and working on key issues like employee engagement & retention.

- Support with Regional Office Expansion plans.

- Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Support Activities:-

- Contributing towards other HR and engagement activities

- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

- Coordinating HR projects (Meeting, Training, Surveys, Events, etc.)

- Analyzing and preparing reports understanding the needs

- Being a good team player and managing stake holder's requirement
