Role Summary:
We are looking for a super energetic HR Business Partner to join our founding team. The candidate will directly report to our Head of HR / Founder and handle all non-recruitment HR activities
What you'll do:
- The candidate will own all processes for onboarding, engagement, productivity and exit for all corporate employees.
What we're looking for:
- Energetic individuals with 2+ years of HRBP experience in product based startups
- Comfort and high expertise in excel based tracking and data management
- High level of communication and rallying skills
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Act as a consultant to leadership on HR policies, best practices, and employee relations.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the right talent is brought on board.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to streamline hiring processes and ensure cultural alignment.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Conduct regular pulse checks and feedback sessions to assess employee morale.
Performance Management & Development:
- Implement performance appraisal frameworks and guide managers in conducting effective reviews.
- Identify training and development needs; collaborate on learning programs to upskill employees.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with fairness and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Mediate disputes and foster a positive work environment.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights on attrition, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
- Present reports to leadership on key HR metrics and workforce trends.
