Basic Function:
- This position is responsible for managing recruitment strategies while functioning as a strategic HR partner to the business.
- This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent, and enhancing employer branding.
- Additionally, the role will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, development, and retention.

- Timely recruitment of quality candidates (Lateral / Campus)
- Adherence to budget (Recruitment and Employee Engagement initiatives)
- Build the Parksons brand on campus/online and attract best talent

- Timely actions to ensure high levels of employee engagement
JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment processes accordingly.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.
- Improve employer branding through strategic social media and other recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure hiring processes are efficient and effective.
- Work with external recruitment agencies as needed for specialized roles or high-volume hiring.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Business HR Partnership:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with business units to identify workforce needs, drive organizational changes, and develop talent management strategies.
- Support employee lifecycle management, including performance reviews, succession planning, career development, and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through targeted initiatives such as recognition programs, training and development, and well-being programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects that contribute to company growth and operational efficiency.
MIS and Reporting:
- Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports on hiring status - monthly hiring plan update, sourcing effectiveness
- Create and review monthly MIS reports to evaluate the cost/budget performance
- Proactive Industry Mapping for key / frequency hired roles for faster turnaround
- Review the confirmation ratings of the new hires to understand the quality of recruitment to highlight specific trends
