HR Lead- (Startup Experience)

Role: HR Lead

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic HR Lead to join our founding team.

- The candidate will directly report to Ankit Gupta (co-Founder) and lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee happiness and productivity.

The candidate will:

- Design and implement all processes for recruitment, onboarding, employee happiness and productivity.

- Work closely with all 3 cofounders.

- Lead a team of 2 people currently (1 recruiter and 1 HRBP)

- Own all HR metrics (around TA and employee NPS)

- Be an individual contributor for > 50% of time

- Scout, evaluate, compare and implement tools for different HR processes

- Design, document, implement and iterate HR processes end to end

What we're looking for:

- Energetic individuals with 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in product based startups or companies

- Should have lead at least one HR function in their last place of work.

- Should have high level of communication (both verbal and written)

- Should have high level of comfort with new age tools
