Senior Manager - Human Resource
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Proactively source, engage, and build talent pools through diverse online and offline channels.
- Partner with educational institutions for campus recruitment to attract fresh talent.
- Design and implement effective recruitment processes, including screening, assessments, and interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill quarterly and annual hiring needs.
Policy Development:
- Develop and implement innovative HR policies that reflect the company's values and support its growth.
- Strategize and enhance policies aimed at improving employee experience, engagement, and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting metrics, collecting feedback, and conducting reviews.
- Work closely with managers to ensure timely goal-setting and performance evaluations.
Learning & Development:
- Design and deliver impactful learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with managers to create personalized training plans.
- Drive leadership development initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions that align with company goals.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute creative initiatives that promote team spirit, innovation, and well-being.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Develop recognition programs to celebrate individual and team achievements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to understand and address HR needs and challenges.
- Align HR initiatives with business strategy, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
HR Operations:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with the company's values.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all team members.
- Implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably within a fast-paced, internet, e-commerce, or startup environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
