Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead Product Development: Drive the vision and strategy for Truva's home-buying and home-selling experiences and internal tools

- Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with the founding team to shape product direction and make strategic decisions that align with our mission and goals.

- User-Centric Design: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating insights into product features that delight users.

- Manage Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and Measure: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay Agile: Adapt to changing market conditions and user needs, iterating on the product to keep it ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Product.

- Exceptional track record in past jobs/academics.

- A track record of being a hustler and getting things done.

- Experience with real estate transactions, either personally or professionally.

- Experience in early to mid-stage startups.

- Part of university/semi-professional/professional sports teams.
