Responsibilities:

- It's an HRBP role that encompasses the entire gamut of HR.

- You would drive talent development, design empowerment programs and lead people initiatives in consultation with the leadership stakeholders.

- This also involves managing the employee life cycle, talent acquisition, strengthening HR processes, handling employee grievances, employee engagement, etc.

- You would drive the performance excellence culture by designing and tracking KPIs.

- Post graduate qualification from a premier institute and generalist HR experience with focus on performance management and talent development desired
