We are looking for Compliance Controller based at Gurgaon location.

Experience required: 5 - 12 years

Qualification: CS / Law / Compliance Certifications

Job Description:

- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of all legal entities in Haryana state irrespective all aspect.

- Conception and implementation of 'Compliance Management Tool' in India

- Following-up and co-ordination with relevant Business and Functional stakeholders in India

- Gap analysis, MIS, Reporting to the Board and Senior Management in India

- Dealing with various regulatory authorities, as required from time to time

- Regular update to regulatory compliance matrix to Board and Senior Management in India

- Conducting trainings and awareness sessions

Expectations:

- Understanding and sensitivity towards regulatory environment and statutory compliances.

- Self-motivator and capability to work with minimal supervision.

- Adapted to work in startup environment with processes / approval requirements

- Good communication and analytical skills
