Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit 8 clients per day, 25-26 days a month.
• Onboard and train agents to sell company products.
• Coordinate daily with agents and support them in sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in your assigned area.
• Meet existing customers to solve problems and explore growth opportunities.
• Maintain ethical sales practices.
• Identify new growth areas and expand product reach in your territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Background in Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Logistics, or similar industries preferred.
• Local language proficiency for the assigned area.
• Experience working with agents, brokers, or distributors is a plus.
• Must have a graduate degree.
• Own a two-wheeler and valid driver's license.
• Must have an Android smartphone.
