Note: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a dynamic field sales team in Siliguri. If you have at least 2 years of experience in field sales team management and a background in the Telecom sector, particularly with Jio (JPL), we want to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage a sales team of 10 Sales Executives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base in your assigned market.
Achieve sales targets through effective team management and performance analysis.
Foster strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional representatives to support team goals.
Conduct market visits (at least 20 days/month) and coordinate efforts for swift deal closures.
Track team performance, set objectives, and provide continuous development.

Strong negotiation, objection handling, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently (20+ days/month).
Proficient in basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Must have a personal vehicle and an Android smartphone.
Must be from the same area within a 50 km radius of the assigned center.
