Build and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth within the assigned region.
Optimize the use of resources, particularly the sales and promotional budget, within the designated area.
Lead field marketing campaigns to promote premium gourmet products, enhance brand visibility, and increase customer engagement through events and exhibitions.
Manage and coordinate sales promoters in retail outlets to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
Assist in the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
Achieve sales revenue, budget, and profit goals for the assigned region.
Regularly report sales calls, outcomes, and progress to the company.
Submit monthly sales reports, expense reports, and any other reports requested by the Area Sales Manager in a timely manner.
Maintain regular communication with retailers and distributors to ensure smooth and continuous sales efforts.
Meet sales volume targets, trade spending objectives, and any other goals set by senior management. Collaborate with marketing for sales support materials and other needs.
Monitor industry trends and challenges, including retail growth, distributor shifts, new opportunities, and segment changes.
Implement tracking and reporting tools in coordination with Finance and Customer Service teams.
Help manage the regional budget by SKU and trade spending across all brands.
Analyze sales data to identify key trends, opportunities for growth, areas for improvement, and competitive activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-7 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field (B2C & B2B).
Strong understanding of channel distribution channels such as general trade sales, dealer network management.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
Ability to analyze sales reports using tools like Sales Executive Activities.
