Role: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

Location: Gurgaon (Open to relocate)

- Strategic Mindset: Expertise in growth, strategy, and scaling new initiatives.

- Hands-on Approach: Someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work with ground teams to bring ideas to life.

- Versatile Skill Set: Ability to balance high-level thinking with on-the-ground execution.

Experience:

- Engineering degree from a premium college

- Experience: 5-8 years

- 5+ years of previous experience in problem solving roles with reasonable understanding and experience of sales and operations

- Experience of working in a high paced environment in startups

- Experience of owning and delivering a metric end to end from problem structuring to problem solving to driving the delivery of metric via execution on the field

- Experience of working in a tech driven workplace
