Introducing our SaaS Product:
TravelPlus is a corporate travel and expense management platform that works for everyone - www.travelplusapp.com. We launched in Oct'20, and within a short span of two years, 2000+ leading corporates in India from tech unicorns to traditional companies use TravelPlus to manage their entire travel spend. We are the largest player in the corporate travel segment and are backed by marquee investors of the likes of Accel Partners and Goldman Sachs. Headquartered out of New Delhi, we have local presence across Metros. We understand the critical role that both technology and people play in delivering superior corporate travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Joining & documentation completion, exit formalities, appointment letter, ID cards, confirmations, transfer letters, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter.
- Taking care of Induction and take care that employees are aware of HR policies on day1.
- Attendance maintenance & vigilance, timely checking attendance & supporting in HR Audit for the same.
- Compiling & consolidation of attendance file & forwarding to Manager for salary processing.
- Handling salary queries of existing and former employees & providing solution on time.
- Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees.
- Managing HRMS Data uploading and modules - End to End for managing Employee Details.
- Identifying the cases for Grievances and resolving them on a timely basis.
- Employee relationship and Employee engagement activities.
- Maintain all personnel files and ensuring they are filed on timely basis.
- Taking care of Appraisal cycle and PMS end to end.
- Drive processes like one on one discussion, exit interviews, Pulse check with new joiners, Employee satisfaction surveys etc.
- Creating HR Policies as and when required and ensure it is compliant with law.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/ MBA with min 3 year of experience working in a startup.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good Communication and English writing Skills.
- Problem solving ability and detail oriented.
- General understanding of HR Operating environment, including HR policies.
- Strong conceptual skills and should be a hustler.
- Good knowledge of Excel Vlookup, pivot tables etc.
