HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Leadership:
- Partner with the executive leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially within the tech and cloud services domain.
- Oversee onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organizational culture.
- Build robust talent pipelines for critical roles and ensure retention of high performers.
Performance Management and Appraisals:
- Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and career development plans.
Compliance and Labor Relations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor relations and employee grievances.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture:
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation through targeted engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events to boost morale and productivity.
Learning and Development:
- Develop and execute training programs to upskill employees, with a focus on leadership, technical skills, and personal growth.
- Promote continuous learning to keep the workforce agile and future-ready.
HR Technology and Digital Transformation:
- Leverage HR technology tools and analytics for efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive adoption of digital solutions to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes.
Change Leadership and Crisis Management:
- Lead change management initiatives during periods of organizational transition or growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership during crises, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in human resources, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry.
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in strategic HR management, workforce planning, and change management.
- Proficiency in HR technology platforms and data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the cloud services industry, including talent trends, operational challenges, and employee engagement best practices.
