Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer
acquisition within a designated region. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven
individual who can develop strong relationships with customers, manage the sales cycle, and
achieve targets. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing
teams to ensure the successful execution of regional sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
○ Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve company
sales targets and objectives.
○ Identify market opportunities and establish plans to acquire new customers.
○ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive and adapt
strategies accordingly.
2. Client Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and
decision-makers.
○ Understand customer needs and align E2E Networks' solutions to provide value.
○ Serve as the main point of contact for customers in the region, offering support
and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Operations:
○ Lead sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
○ Develop and deliver proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.
○ Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities, tracking progress through
the sales pipeline.
4. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support,
and technical teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales
operations.
○ Work with the marketing team to create regional-specific campaigns,
promotions, and events.
○ Train and mentor junior sales staff and support their development.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.
○ Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, forecasts, and
competitive landscape.
○ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for
improvement.
6. Market & Product Knowledge:
○ Stay informed about E2E Networks product offerings and updates, ensuring a
deep understanding of the services.
○ Educate customers about E2E Networks' cloud solutions and industry best
practices.
○ Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
increase brand visibility and create new business leads.
