We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. As an HRBP at Shiprocket, you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, promote a high-performance culture, and lead key HR projects that enhance employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with business leaders to define HR strategy and contribute to organizational goals. Develop and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives and support growth.
2. Talent Management & Development: Drive the talent acquisition strategy, working closely with recruitment teams to attract top talent, especially in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Lead initiatives related to talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
3.Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the organization. Lead employee engagement initiatives and ensure high retention by addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Implement programs to enhance employee experience and strengthen Shiprocket's employer brand.
4. HR Process Optimization: Oversee and manage HR operations including performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and compliance. Drive HR analytics to measure and report on key people metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Education:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premium institute (IIM, XLRI, FMS, or similar).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role, preferably within the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, and performance management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
