HR Business Partner for a fintech company.
- HR Business Partnering will be to lead HR Business Partnering for the Sales , Product & Design teams for a fintech company.
- The core responsibilities will be around Org Restructuring , Performance Management , Employee Effectiveness & Development , Training & Development etc.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR guidance and support to help achieve business goals.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and guidance to managers and employees.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and development opportunities, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Organisational Development: Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, including organizational design, change management, and culture initiatives.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and proactively mitigating risks.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leveraging feedback mechanisms and employee data to drive continuous improvement.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead and/or participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR function and the organization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR data to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
What is needed for this role:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive change and implement scalable HR solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
