Job Role: Leadership Role - Client Management and Sales Collection

Job Responsibility

- Creating and maintaining credit history files

- Analysing and assessing the creditworthiness of account/client using external credit risk management tools/reports

- Diligently follow up with all the clients on a regular basis

- Ensuring the credit is recovered from the clients

- Documenting daily collections activity

- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies

- Performing account/payment reconciliations and preparing MIS reports

- Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients

Requirements:

- 5-9 years of relevant experience in B2B sales / Client Management and Credit Collections

- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships

- High energy and drive with good negotiation skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills with capacity to conduct both formal and informal presentations to clients and prospects

- Willingness to travel extensively across the region

- Ability to take end to end ownership

- Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so

- Can-do attitude and passion for self-learning in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented, output-driven, and diligent individual

- Proactive delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on can-do approach

- Highly passionate, motivated, and dynamic individual willing to work in an independent high- growth environment

- Team handling Experience is must
