Assistant Manager (Hotel Operations)

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience Management:
Train hotel teams on SOPs, soft skills, and Property Management System (PMS).

Conduct weekly meetings with hotel partners to address guest-related issues.

- PMS Compliance:
Ensure all owner bookings are entered into PMS.

Maintain tab compliance by hotel teams.

- Hotel Onboarding:
Audit newly onboarded hotels and develop action plans for launch.

Align hotel partners with Fab guidelines during onboarding.

- Feedback and Issue Resolution:
Collect guest feedback at checkout and handle complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction.

- Initiative Execution:
Implement new initiatives assigned by the central team.

- Accountability:

Internal Relationships: Collaborate with the City Supply Manager.

External Relationships: Engage with property owners, vendors, and guests.

Preferred candidate profile

• Skills: Strong people management, analytical skills, MS Office proficiency (Excel), basic housekeeping/front office knowledge, and effective communication in English.
• Education: Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Administration (Hotel Management).
• Experience: 2.5-7 years total; at least 1 year as Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Duty Manager in a 4/5-star hotel.
