Job Description:
- As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a collaborative work culture, and driving talent retention and development.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, enabling a positive impact across global teams.
- Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership and employees to provide daily HR support and guidance globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between management and employees to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Develop strategies to monitor and manage attrition, ensuring a healthy and engaged workforce.
- Collaborate with business units to drive performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to guide strategic decision-making and organizational improvements.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations to mediate and resolve employee relations issues.
- Work closely with HR teams to develop, implement, and improve policies and solutions.
- Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and foster a positive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the technology industry or working with technical functions is a plus.
