Individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to efficiently meet the organization's staffing needs and collaborate with business leaders to drive HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, reduce time-to-fill positions, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Increase diversity and inclusion within the candidate pool through targeted recruitment efforts and partnerships.
- Employee Experience and Retention: Partner with engagement SPOC and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Work on brand building and Employee experience.
- Performance Management: Support managers in setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing employee feedback and coaching.
- Facilitate the performance review process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations, Compliance & Learning Support & SPOC for POSH: Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company code of conduct policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with functional heads and the training team to identify skill gaps and support the training team in executions.
- Also, promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, influencing decision-making and driving positive change across the organization.
- Reward And Recognition: Designing, implementing, and managing quarterly and annual reward and recognition programs to motivate employees, celebrate achievements, and foster a culture of excellence.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Track key HR metrics such as turnover rate, time-to-fill, and engagement scores to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration within the HR team and across departments to share best practices and align efforts.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other business functions, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.
Qualification / Knowledge / Experience / Skills:
- Masters in HR or related field with 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including candidates, managers, and employees.
- Communication and negotiation abilities to facilitate smooth hiring processes and resolve employee issues with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using HR technology and tools like HRIS (preferably Darwinbox) to optimize recruitment and employee life cycle management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and improve overall organizational performance.
- Adaptability and change management expertise to support organizational transitions, from onboarding to restructuring.
