Role: HR Operations Head
Why is it required (need for the role):
- The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources (HR) operations, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company goals by managing important HR Operations tasks like onboarding, payroll, employee records, benefits administration, and performance management, while continuously seeking to improve HR systems and procedures across the employee lifecycle.
- The role will also be responsible to ensure improvement in Employee Experience specially w.r.t. HR processes such as receiving timely & accurate payouts, improved penetration of Employee Benefits offered by the organisation while making sure that the HR processes remain compliant with the existing laws and internal policies defined within the organisation.
Essential Experience:
What are the key skills required for the role:
Functional Skills:
- 10-15 yrs of Experience in HR operations including payroll, compliance management and daily HR operations
- Minimum 6 yrs of experience in Payroll management for an employee span of 1000+ folks.
- Minimum 3 yrs of exp in managing a team of 4-5 people/building a team from scratch
Good to have:
- Experience of implementing the HRMS
- Experience in conducting Audits
- Experience in building HR ops function from 0
