As Talent Acquisition Partner
- Lead the team of 3-4 folks of Talent Acquisition
- Attract and recruit Senior Talent for Organisation from within and from other diverse Industries
- Build active External/Internal Talent Pipeline for all levels across function for the organization
- Work with hiring managers and their teams to assist with external recruitment efforts/Internal hiring efforts (driving internal employees for different or more senior roles.)
- Guide hiring managers and decision makers by providing valuable insight and hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent.
- Source and assess candidates utilizing innovative and cost effective recruiting techniques
- Manage recruitment campaigns and initiatives for project based hiring/ New business opportunities
- Coordinate and drive all recruiting efforts from sourcing candidates to making an offer
- Manage recruitment administration including all affirmative action requirements and reporting of recruitment activity related metrics
- Recommend candidates and starting salaries based on competencies, skills sets and role
- Implementation Applicant Tracking System & HRMS and ensure the system gets accepted internally & matures over the period of time

- Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to align HR practices with business strategies to promote organizational growth.
- Deliver timely information and education on HR issues to all levels of the company.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence, fostering employee engagement and driving top business results.
Qualification
- Full time Post Graduate in Human Resources from an premier inst & Relevant experience as HR business partner
- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working
- High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries
- Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
