Head - HR Operations - BFSI
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to oversee the complete gamut of HR Operations across PAN-India branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory compliance, payroll management, multi-branch operations, and HR data analytics within the BFSI, NBFC, or Housing Finance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Projects & Policy Design:
- Lead HR projects, including compensation plan revisions and designing company policies.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all locations.
- Oversee the design and execution of employment contracts and agreements.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage and ensure accuracy in payroll systems and statutory compliance across PAN-India operations.
- Review and update payroll and performance evaluation systems.
HR Metrics & Dashboards:
- Create and manage dashboards for attrition, on-roll/off-roll manpower, diversity, etc.
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, retention rates, and workforce productivity.
Budgeting & Manpower Planning:
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, manpower planning, and recruitment forecasts.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Coordinate and implement training and development initiatives.
- Manage internal communication projects, such as job satisfaction surveys.
Benefits & Effectiveness Measurement:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Recordkeeping:
- Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR and local labor laws.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Head of HR Operations or a similar role in NBFC or Housing Finance companies.
- Multi-branch management exposure is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll tools.
Domain Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
Leadership & Analytical Abilities:
- Ability to lead cross-functional HR projects and teams.
- Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from HR metrics and dashboards.
