Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition, with 3+ years in a transformation/strategic role.
- Proven expertise in TA process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Experience working with ATS, AI recruitment tools, and HR analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and project management skills.
- Experience in large-scale recruitment projects and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
