Office Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. IT & Inventory Management:

• Maintain and track office laptop inventory, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and returns.
• Coordinate with IT teams for laptop issuance.
• Maintain records of office equipment, procure new assets, and manage disposal of outdated items.

2. Travel & Accommodation Management:

• Arrange domestic and international travel for employees, including flight bookings, visa processing, and local transportation.
• Manage hotel bookings and ensure a smooth stay experience for traveling employees.
• Maintain travel expense records and ensure policy compliance.

3. General Office Administration:

• Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities, maintenance coordination, and addressing daily operational needs.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, and coordination with finance teams for admin-related expenses.
• Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years in office administration or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience in vendor & travel management.
• Experience handling IT assets, travel coordination, and procurement.
