Administration Executive

Job Details:

• Soft services are non-technical and focus on maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for the occupants.
• Daily cleaning (offices, restrooms, common areas)
• Managing Security Services (Manned guarding, CCTV surveillance and monitoring, Access control systems, Alarm systems and emergency response)
• Catering Services (Canteen or cafeteria management, Vending machine services, Event catering)
• Technical services focus on the maintenance and functionality of the facility's infrastructure and systems.
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) maintenance
• Building Management System (BMS), Monitoring and controlling building systems (lighting, HVAC), Energy management and optimization.
• Fire Safety Systems, Fire alarm systems maintenance, Fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems, Emergency lighting and evacuation plans.
• IT and Communication Systems, Maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks), Telecommunication systems maintenance.
• Asset Management, Inventory of equipment and assets, Lifecycle management and replacement planning)
• Transport Management on daily basis for employees.

Hiring Process: 1st round HR, 2nd round –Operations round of interview.

Day shift (Should be comfortable working in rotational offs and night shift if required)
