Executive - Administration

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
• Address and resolve administrative inquiries raised by employees.
• Facilitate liaison activities with both governmental and non-governmental entities at SEEPZ.
• Efficiently handle the distribution and archiving of various forms of correspondence, such as letters, emails, and packages.
• Housekeeping Management
• Canteen Management
• Procurement of Office Supplies
• Checking and processing of invoices
• Transportation Management
• Coordinate in-house and external events, meetings, and conferences. Arrange logistics and ensure their smooth execution.
• Implement and oversee security and safety protocols within the office. Collaborate with security personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Material Shifting Management, office Repairs & Scrap Management
• Maintain upkeep of office premises to ensure that they are always presentable and conducive to working.
