Role & responsibilities
Managing administration responsibilities of Corporate office/ Office Residential facility and finished goods warehouse.
Managing corporate office Reception, Guests & visitor management includes Greeting & treating guest in a professional manner through a team member managing this role.
Managing Repair & Maintenance of Office Infrastructure, Residency & Warehouse.
Managing Courier service, Travel Desk (Air & Train) Cab Booking & Hotel booking.
Manage Office Residency including Room Reservation, satisfying inhouse customers, ensuring upkeep of residency and cleaning. Also responsible for Laundry and Food for guest at Residency.
Responsible for Attendance & Leave for record management of corporate employees.
Responsible for ordering / storing / Issuing of stationery and Grocery.
Maintaining Cutlery & Crockery at highest standard for corporate office.
Arranging Food & Beverages for Guests.
Responsible for managing Office boys as per defined standards and training them.
Scheduling weekly work of Front Officer & Office boys. Also periodically training them.
Managing housekeeping Manpower and housekeeping schedule of office.
Equipment maintenance like AC, Water cooler, Printers etc.
Arranging Office parties.
Ensuring statutory compliance including Shop & Establishment Act, etc.
