Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Lead to lead and scale the tele sales vertical at Vidyut Tech Services. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for building a high-performing tele sales operation that drives lead nurturing, conversion, and revenue growth for our EV auto loan offerings in the commercial vehicle segment (3-wheelers and 4-wheelers).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategies to scale the tele sales vertical, ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales objectives.
• Take full ownership of the tele sales P&L, ensuring profitability and contribution to overall sales numbers.
2. Pipeline Management:
• Collaborate with lead generation teams (digital, affiliate, agencies) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
• Drive the tele sales team to nurture leads into appointments, convert appointments into store visits, and facilitate down payment collection.
3. Operations Management:
• Build and manage a high-performing tele sales team, focusing on skill development and performance optimization.
• Optimize dialer systems and automate processes to enhance efficiency and scale operations across the country.
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms to track KPIs such as lead-to-appointment conversion, appointment-to-store visit conversion, and down payment collection.
• Develop workflows and scripts for agents to effectively nurture leads into appointments and appointments into store visits.
• Automate and optimize dialer systems to enhance efficiency and handle larger volumes of leads

1. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and regional sales teams, to align efforts and maximize results.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure seamless transitions from store visits to test drives and loan closures.
2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates.
• Continuously innovate and improve the tele sales process to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 6-8+ years in tele sales operations, with a proven track record of scaling large contact centers and driving high conversion rates.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in fintech, auto loans, or EV sales is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with CRM systems, automated dialers, and other tele sales tools to optimize operations.
• Leadership: Strong team-building and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement actionable strategies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• P&L Management: Demonstrated ability to own and manage a P&L, ensuring profitability and scalability.
