Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Set individual and team targets, and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales metrics and performance.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.
