National Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To develop & Control Sales of All India Distributors and Field Staff
• Lead a team of professionals field staff ( Sales Rep., First line Managers ) , Commission agents
• Networking of dealers for Expansion and business development.
• Promotional activities with Doctors, Physios , Retailers and Dealers.
• Manage and control the sales , budget management for ensuring cost-effective marketing, promotional activities in alignment with sales objectives

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Age around 40 45 years .
• Minimum 10 years managerial experience in sales & marketing.
• Preferable experience with Pharma/Surgical/Orthotics in a Small Scale company .
• Should be able to travel 10 days every month outside Delhi.
• Added advantage will be if also worked in South/West India.
• Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organizations products across multiple or non-specified channels .
• Sales planning , Strategy Implementation & Execution for desired result .
• To manage Sales Expense ratio as targeted to make the sales profitable.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, trends, and market insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional events, product launches, and promotions to enhance brand awareness..
• Optimize resources and allocate budgets for marketing, events, and promotional activities in alignment with sales objectives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive
  results through a team.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to
  adapt strategies.
