Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  
• Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on sales development, planning, management, operations, forecasting, and initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth through innovative solutions.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline (e.g., B.A., B.Com., MBA). Prefrably, in the field of journalism, media, mass communications, branding and marketing.
  
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Sales Development, Sales Planning, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Sales Forecasting, Sales Growth, and Sales Initiatives.
  
• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (Branding & Marketing), preferably with Digital Marketing Agency.
