- The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

- Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Create annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team and individual sales representatives
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify key customer accounts and develop strategic account management plans
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sales Operations:Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, lead generation, and customer inquiries
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure the use of CRM systems and sales tools for effective sales tracking and reporting
- Sales Forecasting and Analysis:Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed
- Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans to optimize resources and inventory levels
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve overall business goals
- Participate in cross-functional projects as required
- Compliance and Ethics:Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements
- Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales organization
