The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Create annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team and individual sales representatives
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify key customer accounts and develop strategic account management plans
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Operations:Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, lead generation, and customer inquiries
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Ensure the use of CRM systems and sales tools for effective sales tracking and reporting
Sales Forecasting and Analysis:Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed
Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans to optimize resources and inventory levels
