We are seeking a highly qualified, disciplined, and straightforward Secretary with a strong sense of loyalty and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be able to handle frequent travel while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Draft and review official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems in an organized manner.
• Assist in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Strong commitment to discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Strict adherence to working hours: 9:30 AM 7:30 PM.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
