About the Role: As a successful independent consultant, I am seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support my day-to-day professional and personal activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing a variety of tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Handle email and calendar management, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
2. Communication Management: Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
3. Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and follow-up.
4. Document Preparation: Draft letters, presentations, and reports as required.
5. Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
6. Personal Tasks: Assist with personal errands as needed, such as shopping or managing appointments.
7. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

Education:

• High school diploma; further qualifications or certification would be advantageous.
