Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Head, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
2. Schedule Management: Manage the Sales Head's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Sales Head, responding to routine inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
5. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, initiatives, and events, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
6. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the Sales Head.
7. Expense Management: Manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
8. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
