The role and responsibilities of an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman are critical to ensuring the efficient operation of the Chairman's office and supporting the leadership at the highest level. Here's a breakdown of the key tasks and duties:


1. Administrative Support:

  • Managing the Chairman's calendar: The EA is responsible for scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring that the Chairman's time is used effectively.
  • Managing correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communication such as emails, phone calls, and physical mail, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the Chairman when appropriate.
