Job Description
- Mail Handling: Sort and prioritize incoming mail, emails, and correspondence. Manage both physical and electronic mail systems, ensuring timely responses and appropriate handling of important documents.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events on behalf of the client. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find suitable meeting times and locations, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update client's calendar with upcoming events, meetings, deadlines, and personal commitments. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in scheduling to optimize time management.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any other necessary arrangements. Anticipate and address any travel-related issues or changes as they arise.
- Accounts Management: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, and invoice processing. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and collaborate with relevant parties as needed.
- Document Organization: Manage and maintain a system for organizing invoices, receipts, and other important documents. Ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for easy access and retrieval.
